FAQ

Consigner and Kouture will agree in writing in advance on a minimum price Consigner is willing to accept. Thereafter, Kouture may raise or lower prices based on market demand, condition of the item, label, and length of time the item has been on the rack.

Consigner shall receive 50% commission of the final selling price. The consigner is responsible for collecting any money that is owed after the sale of the items. After 30 days, you may call to inquire the status of your account. Any unclaimed funds are forfeited by the consigner after 6 months.

When dropping off items you wish to consign with us, please have them dry cleaned before hand as well as hung on hanger.

Pickup or shipping of unsold items must be scheduled one week prior to the expiration of the consignment period. Consigner is responsible for all shipping costs of unsold items.

All items that are not claimed within 5 days of the expiration of the consignment period shall become the exclusive property of Kouture.
